Well I did great today. Ate healthy and believe it or not I feel a tad bit better! I tell ya, I believe that my body responds in gratitude even if I lose a few a ounces! I think every cell, bone, and especially my tired muscles send up an offering of praise and worship, exclaiming " Thank you Sabrina for the relief!!!"
Any way I shall continue on in this mode of physical transformation. I am excited, I am so joyous at what the Lord is going to. As I begin molding the Transformation website, I must remember to lean my ear to HIM. If He directs me than I will be the right path.
